Doctors and nutritionists can help people better understand certain health issues, but they often don’t have the time, resources, or individualized approach to guide people through their journey to lifelong, sustainable health. While they are able to provide advice, meal plans and prescriptions, oftentimes the most important missing components are ongoing accountability and support.

What is a good nutrition? Good nutrition helps control energy balance and gives all nutrients we need to stay healthy, fit and strong. With good nutrition we feel good, and our body shows it.

As health and fitness professional, my role is to help guide my friends, family and clients in the direction of healthful eating. But not to create diet plans. Only registered dietitians are qualified to make specific meal plans for individuals.

As your nutrition coach I will give you skills, drills and strategies so that you could come up with the right solution to reach your nutrittion, health and lifestyle goals. But it is your responsibility to listen, practice and implement these skills. We will be focussing on habit changes – one habit at the time! Monitoring and evaluating, then comming up with solutions and taking slow steps to sustainable permanent changes. You need to be ready and willing to make changes. I am not offering quick fix here. Consistency combined with small changes will get you steady life long results.
