I am a highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals. I enjoy working with people of all abilities and I am very quick to evaluate and understand a clients’ needs when it comes to both physical fitness and nutrition. I like to work closely with clients to agree fitness and nutrition goals creating a personalised programme that will achieve these targets.
Whilst I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, a Personal Trainer and PN certified Nutrition Coach. I specialise in metabolic strength training and high intensity interval training.
