About Me

Hello!

My name is Airida. As you see, it is an unusual name. I came from a small village in Lithuania, where I grew up in a big family of six on a cow milking farm. Farm work was part of my childhood. We had our priorities set right: school, music learning, farm duties, then friends. I was into drawing, crafts and singing. I had a dream to become and architect but went to study Civil Engineering. After working in a field, I realized, that this lifestyle is not for me. I moved to UK and retrained to become a Personal Trainer.

Now I am a passionate Personal Trainer with 9 years of experience. I love helping people move better, build strength and age with confidence. I developed a good eye for movement, and getting obsessed with biomechanics and motor learning.

I firmly believe that action is the most effective tool for managing any aspect of your life. Motivation and the willingness to achieve your goals may not always be present, as life often throws obstacles in our path. Trusting the process, practicing patience, establishing routines, and taking consistent, small, achievable steps can make a significant difference and keep you grounded and focused. By understanding your current position in life, setting a baseline, prioritizing your values, and building from there, you can achieve the best results. I’m here to help reduce your chaos, but you need to take the necessary steps.
