From now I am offering additional service: Personal Training Online. I was putting this option away for many years. Even during lock down.
Don’t get me wrong. I still believe, that the best way to get results is training in person. In person it is easier to build connections, discuss things that comes up instantly, and teach how to do movements, adjust the training, push the weights up or tone it down if client is “under the wind”.
But lately I reconsider this option. There are few reasons behind it. Mainly – cost of living. Online training is an extra tool to connect with people I worked, people who for some reason moved away from the area and can’t train with me in person anymore. I wanted to give my people opportunity to have access to my programming. I didn’t wanted to spend hours on excel and still not be able to deliver quality product.
Online platform is a tool for me to use for my existing clients as well. I feel that I need to up my game and I need to do extra. They deserved it. I can send them extra coaching, I can track their training better (they can track their training better), I can give them workouts to do when they or me are away. I have more control, they have instant access. It’s a win-win!
So here we go. I have my own app, where I am a master and you have instant access to me in your pocket!
I want to utilise this tool as much as I can. So I am on boarding new clients.
Who it is suitable for?
Ideally you are the one who is training with someone or by yourself for some time, can do basic movements: squats, lunges, deadlifts, know how to use machines, free weights and bands, or have some equipment at home. You do not have a plan, just do “what you feel doing” that day. You are fairly consistent and turn up: training online you need to have more willingness to train and sometimes you need to do it, when you do not feel like it ow want. You want to get stronger and build better physique. You need a little help with nutrition. You want to be in control of your schedule. You are ok with using technology.
How it will work? You will need to press on option you would like to sign up, fill in the form. Then you will be directed to the paypal to pay for the services you choose. You will be able to log in to your dashbord and download the app. In your app there will be some important forms and questionnaires to complete. You will have some time to explore the app, fill in forms and I will have some time to build appropriate training programme for you. Nutrition will start instantly or together with your training cycle.
